The lives and the loves of eskimo friends

For some unknown reason, I have been trying to avoid using Facebook. However, it seems to be the only way people communicate nowadays! So I have finally given in and I have to say, "I'm now addicted!".
I have been talking to old friends from school, two friends in Oz, even an old friend from primary school who lived in the same street and we used to play marbles together! It's great! I've never been so sociable. However, the studying is starting to suffer as I'm always chattering on Facebook now.

Have had to retire early from sledging today, due to myself and Jo having one almighty crash, leaving everybody in absolute hysterics!
It all started when Darren gave us one almighty push, just as we were about to set off. We flew down this icy track, just about managing to dodge people walking back up the hill, only to crash into the wire fence at the bottom, taking out the wooden post and getting my leg caught in the fence. So now I have a great big gash to show for sledging antics. Even the kids thought it was the funniest thing. People were crying with laughter, including myself and Jo.
This picture shows how cool we were to begin with. Unfortunately too much drama to get one at the other end!

Today we had the best day! No school, so lots of time to play in the snow. We went sledging, built snowmen, attempted an igloo, made snow angels and had one massive snow ball fight where I definitely came out worse! Snow was in my ears, mouth, hair, down my trousers, anywhere possible really.

I wish it could snow more!!!
